本規約は、An Nhien Japan Shop合同会社（屋号：Kimono Rental Ann、以下「当店」）が提供する着物レンタル、着付け、ヘアセット、メイクおよび撮影サービス（以下「本サービス」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくお客様は、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、着物および和装小物のレンタル、着付け、ヘアセット、メイク、店内スタジオおよび屋外での撮影を内容とします。具体的なプラン、料金および所要時間は、当店ウェブサイトの料金ページに記載のとおりです。表示価格はすべて税込です。
第2条（ご予約および予約金）
- ご予約は、当店ウェブサイト、電話、またはメッセージアプリにて承ります。
- 3名以上のご予約については、1予約あたり3,000円の予約金を申し受けます。予約金はご来店当日の料金から差し引きます。
- 予約金のお支払い方法その他の取引条件は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に定めるとおりです。
第3条（キャンセルおよび変更）
- ご予約日時の48時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、予約金は全額返金いたします。
- 48時間前を過ぎてからのキャンセル、または当日ご来店がない場合、予約金の返金はいたしかねます。
- 日程の変更をご希望の場合は、できる限り早めにご連絡ください。空き状況に応じて対応いたします。
- 台風、大雨等の悪天候の場合は、日程変更または返金についてご相談ください。
- 当店の都合により本サービスを提供できない場合は、予約金を全額返金いたします。
第4条（ご来店時刻）
ご予約時刻に遅れてご来店された場合、当店は可能な範囲で対応いたしますが、ご予約時刻どおりにご来店されたお客様を優先するため、サービス内容の一部を短縮させていただく場合があります。
第5条（衣装の返却）
- 通常プランの返却時刻は、当店の営業時間内における所定の時刻までとします。
- 翌日返却プランをご利用の場合は、当該プランに定める保証金をお預かりし、返却確認後に返金いたします。
- 返却が遅れた場合、追加料金を申し受けることがあります。
第6条（衣装の汚損・破損・紛失）
- 通常のご利用に伴う軽微な汚れについては、当店が負担します。追加のクリーニング料金は申し受けません。
- 故意または過失による破れ、焼け焦げ、著しい汚損、および小物・履物の紛失については、修繕または代替品の調達に要する実費をご負担いただきます。
- 金額は、対象品の状態および仕入価格に基づき、当店がお客様にご説明のうえ決定します。
第7条（写真の利用について）
当店では、着付け・撮影サービス中に撮影した写真を、ウェブサイト、Instagram、その他の広告媒体に掲載する場合があります。掲載をご希望されないお客様は、ご来店時にスタッフへお申し付けいただくか、[email protected] までご連絡ください。掲載済みの写真についても、ご連絡をいただき次第すみやかに削除いたします。18歳未満のお客様の写真は、同伴の保護者の同意を得た場合にのみ掲載します。
第8条（お手荷物）
当店は、ご利用中のお手荷物を営業時間内に限りお預かりします。ただし、現金、貴金属、電子機器その他の貴重品については、お客様ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。これらの紛失または破損について、当店は責任を負いかねます。
第9条（免責事項）
- お客様ご自身の不注意による負傷、ご持参品の紛失または破損について、当店は責任を負いかねます。
- 天災、交通機関の停止、感染症の流行、その他当店の責めに帰すことができない事由により本サービスを提供できない場合、当店は予約金を返金するほか、責任を負いかねます。
- 屋外での撮影中に生じた事故については、当店の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。
第10条（禁止事項）
次の行為はお断りします。該当する場合、サービスの提供をお断りすることがあり、その場合の返金はいたしかねます。
- 著しく酩酊した状態でのご来店
- スタッフまたは他のお客様に対する迷惑行為、ハラスメント
- 事前の承諾なく、レンタル衣装を商業的な撮影、興行その他の営利目的に使用すること
- レンタル品の第三者への転貸
第11条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第12条（規約の変更）
当店は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、当ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
Terms of Service (English)
This English version is provided for reference. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Our services
Kimono and accessory rental, dressing, hairstyling, makeup, and photography in our studio or outdoors. Plans, prices and durations are listed on our pricing page. All prices include Japanese consumption tax.
2. Bookings and deposit
- You may book through our website, by phone or by messaging app.
- Bookings of 3 or more guests require a deposit of ¥3,000 per booking, which is deducted from your total on the day.
- Payment terms are set out in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure.
3. Cancellations and changes
- Cancelled 48 hours or more before your appointment: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancelled less than 48 hours before, or no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- To change your date, please contact us as early as possible; we will accommodate you subject to availability.
- In severe weather such as a typhoon or heavy rain, please contact us to reschedule or discuss a refund.
- If we are unable to provide the service for reasons on our side, the deposit is refunded in full.
4. Arrival time
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but guests who arrive on time take priority and part of your service may be shortened.
5. Returning the kimono
- Standard plans must be returned by the time stated for that plan, within our opening hours.
- Next-day return plans require a security deposit, refunded once the garments are returned and checked.
- A late return may incur an additional charge.
6. Stains, damage and loss
- Light soiling from normal use is covered by us at no extra cleaning charge.
- Tears, burns, heavy staining, and loss of accessories or footwear are charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- We explain the amount to you before charging it, based on the condition and purchase cost of the item.
7. Use of photographs
We may share photographs taken during your visit on our website, Instagram and other promotional channels. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our staff during your visit or email [email protected]. We will remove any published photograph promptly on request. Photographs of guests under 18 are published only with the consent of the accompanying adult.
8. Luggage
We hold luggage for you during opening hours while you use our service. Please keep cash, jewellery, electronics and other valuables with you; we cannot accept responsibility for their loss or damage.
9. Limitation of liability
- We are not responsible for injury caused by your own carelessness, or for loss of or damage to items you bring with you.
- If we cannot provide the service due to a natural disaster, suspension of transport, an epidemic or other causes beyond our control, we refund the deposit but accept no further liability.
- Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for accidents during outdoor shooting.
10. Prohibited conduct
We may decline service, without refund, in the following cases:
- Arriving severely intoxicated
- Harassment of, or disruptive behaviour towards, our staff or other guests
- Using rented garments for commercial shoots, performances or other commercial purposes without our prior consent
- Lending rented items to a third party
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as needed. The revised version takes effect when published on this page.
