4. 第三者への提供・業務委託
当店は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、サービス提供に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者に業務を委託し、または情報を提供する場合があります。
- 決済代行：Stripe, Inc.、PayPal、Wise

クレジットカード情報について
クレジットカード番号は決済代行会社であるStripeが取り扱い、当店では保有いたしません。当店が確認できるのは、決済の成否、金額、カードの下4桁等の限られた情報のみです。
5. Cookie・アクセス解析について

7. 保存期間
- ご予約情報およびお問い合わせ履歴：最終ご利用日から1年間
- 撮影した写真：撮影日から3ヶ月間
- 法令により保存が義務付けられている帳簿書類：法定の期間
上記の期間経過後は、すみやかに削除または廃棄します。
8. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求
お客様ご本人から、保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止または削除のご請求があった場合、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従いすみやかに対応いたします。ご請求は [email protected] までご連絡ください。
9. 安全管理措置
当店は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、アクセス権限の制限、通信の暗号化、従業員への教育等の必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

2. Information we collect
- Name, email address and phone number (including WhatsApp or LINE)
- Booking date and time, number of guests and services requested
- Fitting details such as height and shoe size, preferred colours and hairstyle
- Photographs taken during your visit
- Payment information (we never hold your full card number — see below)
- Website usage data such as pages viewed, device information and cookies
3. How we use it
- To take, confirm, change or cancel your booking
- To provide dressing, hairstyling, makeup and photography services
- To prepare kimono and accessories in the right size
- To deliver your photographs
- To answer enquiries and issue receipts
- To improve our service and analyse usage statistically

4. Sharing and processors
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We use the following service providers: Stripe, PayPal and Wise for payments; Google LLC for Google Analytics and Google Ads; and providers for email and website maintenance.
Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. We only see whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and limited details such as the last four digits of the card.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and advertising performance. This data does not directly identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features of the site may then not work.
6. Use of photographs
We may share photographs taken during your visit on our website, Instagram and other promotional channels. If you prefer not to appear, please tell our staff during your visit or email [email protected]. We will remove any published photograph promptly on request. Photographs of guests under 18 are published only with the consent of the accompanying adult.
7. How long we keep it
- Booking records and enquiry history: one year from your last visit
- Photographs: three months from the shooting date
- Accounting records: for the period required by Japanese law
8. Your rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your personal information. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly after verifying your identity.
9. Security
We apply appropriate measures to protect personal information, including restricted access, encrypted communication and staff training.
