Can I still have a photoshoot if I didn’t make a reservation?
Unreserved photoshoot service can only be arranged if our photographer is available.
If their schedules are full, we will not be able to provide the service.
Please make sure to book in advance to secure a session.
What is included in retouching?
Our retouching focuses on enhancing the natural beauty of your images while preserving authenticity.
This typically includes refined color grading, subtle skin retouching, and the removal of minor distractions such as background passersby or unwanted objects. We may also apply gentle adjustments to proportions when appropriate.
Please note that photo editing has natural artistic and technical limits. If you have specific requests, we encourage you to discuss them with us in advance. We will confirm what is realistically achievable before proceeding.
If it’s raining or snowing, will the shoot be cancelled?
The photoshoot can still take place if it rains or snows. It also allows for a different mood and tone of the photos!
It is also possible to rearrange the date of shooting if the weather is unfavorable for you, please contact us well in advance for rearrangement.
Policy & Booking Terms
Clear policies for a seamless experience
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not available.
Rescheduling may be arranged subject to availability.
In case of severe weather conditions, we will assist in finding a suitable alternative date whenever possible.
Payment & Card Fee
Photography fees are listed clearly on the Pricing page.
We accept cash and card payments.
A ¥1,000 fee applies to card transactions.
Any optional services will always be confirmed in advance before proceeding.
Photo Delivery & Storage
Original JPEG files are delivered on the same day of your session.
Retouched images are delivered within 10–14 days after you select your preferred photos.
Download links are stored for 1 month.
We recommend saving your files promptly. Extended storage may be arranged upon request.
RAW File Policy
Original files refer to unedited JPEG images from the camera.
RAW files are available upon request and must be arranged in advance.
Guests who wish to receive RAW files are required to bring an SD card with sufficient storage capacity.
Editing & Artistic Style
Retouching follows the aesthetic style of our atelier — soft, natural, and refined.
As photography is an artistic service, refunds are not available based on personal preference regarding editing style.

While we take care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Kimono Rental Ann is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal belongings during the session.
